Timothy Lee Trueblood, Sr.

  Timothy Lee Trueblood, Sr., 62, of Elizabeth City, NC, peacefully crossed over to Heaven on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from his home where he was surrounded by his loving wife, children, and other family members.

  Known by many as “Tim” or “Timmy”, he was born in Pasquotank County on February 23, 1962, and was the son of the late Martin E., Jr. and Doris Allen Trueblood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Wayne.

 Timmy was a retired master carpenter, who enjoyed playing his guitar, doing yard work, hunting, and was an avid fisherman who loved spending time with his family (especially when they were all fishing). He was a dedicated son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, friend and a wonderful witness of someone having God in their life.

 Left to cherish so many fond memories is his wife, Debra; and their beloved children, daughters, Kristin (Walter), Angel (Jhorviss), Courtney (Dave), and son, Timothy (Erica); fur-baby, Oreo; a brother, Martin (Pam); a sister, Bonnie (Gary); his 17 grandchildren, Brett,(Jonique), Alyssa, Ethan, Skye, Haydyn, Jazyiah, IKerya, Landyn, Makayla, Jionni, Lyle, Mariah, Kayson, Colton, Silas, Isacc, and Jordyn; as well as a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and family members and friends who he was loved by and all of whom he dearly loved.

 Friends may visit with the family at the residence.

 In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any chapter of the American Cancer Society.
