Teresa White Bunch

   Teresa White Bunch, 67, of 2937 Rocky Hock Road, Edenton, NC, died Thursday, April 25, 2024, in her home.

   Teresa was born in Dallas, Texas on May 15, 1956, and was the daughter of the late Earl L. and Mary Ann Lile White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret King.

   Employed for many years with John Dowd in both his insurance and real estate businesses, many in the area will remember her as she worked in the family business, Wilbur R. Bunch’s Produce in Rocky Hock.

   Surviving is her husband of nearly 38 years, Keith Bunch; a sister, Earline Surratt; and a brother, Stephen White, all of Edenton; and nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.

   She and Keith together decided long ago that neither wanted to be remembered at a funeral service, but rather through the hearts and minds of friends, family, and neighbors for how they lived their lives, so in accordance with that decision, no service is planned.

   The family asks that flowers be omitted and contributions in her memory be made to Albemarle Home Care & Hospice, 1507 North Road Street, Suite 2, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
