Susan Aydlett Davenport

   Susan Aydlett "Susie" Davenport, 56, of 672 Whitehat Road, Hertford, NC, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018, in her home.

   Born in Hopewell, VA on November 28, 1962 and raised in Elizabeth City, she was the daughter of the late Trim White Aydlett and Martha Love Dudley Twiford.

   Surviving are her long-time companion, Robbie Harrell; two sisters, Lisa Jackson and husband, Larry, and Jan Cooper; three nieces, Beth, Brook, and Ariel; and an uncle, Dennis Dudley and wife, Cecelia.

   A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, Hertford, is assisting the family with arrangements.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tri-County Animal Shelter, 138 Icaria Road, Tyner, NC 27980.
