Ronald Franklin Rogers

   Ronald Franklin Rogers, 59, died Sunday, September 25, 2022 in ECU Health Chowan Hospital, Edenton.

   Ronnie was born in Loma Linda, California on February 15, 1963, and was the son of Ronald C. Rogers of South Hill, Virginia and Betty Strickler Metcalfe (husband, Howard) of Jonesborough, Tennessee.

   Retired from the construction industry, he had formerly built custom homes in the Boone and Banner Elk communities and later became a commercial building project manager. He was raised in the fellowship of the Seventh Day Adventist faith.

   In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Kirk Rogers (wife, Elizabeth) of Edenton and Corey Metcalfe (wife, Delisa) of Brooksville, FL; and his longtime faithful canine companion, Duke.

   Graveside services will be held Monday, October 3^rd, at 1:00 p.m. in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Maryland.
