Robert Edward Hux, Jr.

   Robert Edward “Bob” Hux, Jr., 85, of 112 Desert Road, Corapeake, NC, died Monday, July 15, 2019, in his home.

   Mr. Hux was born in Oak City on December 15, 1933, and was the son of the late Robert Edward, Sr. and Mittie Lena Cross Hux. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Edna Earl Sills and a brother, Roy Thomas.

   Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Brenda Hux; two daughters, Theresa Olson and Sherrie Timbreza; and three grandchildren, Brittany, Chad, and Kaile.
