Richard Stanley Hogarth

   Richard Stanley "Ricky" Hogarth, 58, of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022.

   Ricky was born in St. Augustine, FL on July 8, 1964, and was the son of the late Ernest Stanley Hogarth and Betty Lou Campbell Cooper.

   Surviving is his sister, Debbie Twiddy; his niece, Teri Lloyd; and his nephew, T.J. Twiddy.

   Private services will be held.
