Reginald L. Parker, III

 Reginald Lionel “Reggie” Parker, III, 47, of Elizabeth City, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, from Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.

 Reggie was born in Norfolk, VA on November 10, 1977, and was the son of Pastor R.L. Parker, Jr. and Susan Riseden Parker.

 Surviving in addition to his parents are his two sisters, Jillian Parker McDonald (husband, Keith, and their son, Parker) and Lauren Meredith Parker (fiancé, Edward Ownley); and many extended family members and friends.

 Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in Victory Baptist Church and will be conducted by his father, Pastor R.L. Parker, Jr. and longtime friend, Pastor Mike Dudley. Friends may visit with the family in the fellowship hall of the church immediately following the service on Sunday. A private burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.

 In honor of Reggie’s love of art, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Christian School, 684 Old Hertford Hwy, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, and will be used for the proposed art room in the new elementary building.
