Randy William Tetterton

   Randy William Tetterton, 59, of Hertford, NC, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 in his home.

   Mr. Tetterton was born in Washington County on January 18, 1964, and was the son of Linda Nobles Bricknell (husband, Ian) of Angier and the late William Charles “Billy” Tetterton (wife, Brenda, surviving).

   A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Turfgrass Management, he was employed as the superintendent of the golf course at The Sound Golf Links at Albemarle Plantation in Hertford. An avid golfer, he also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

   Surviving along with his mother and stepfather is his stepmother, Brenda Tetterton of Plymouth; a sister, Shannon Evans (husband, Richard, and their sons, Chase and Nolan) of Wilson; a brother, Scott Tetterton (wife, Anisa, and their children, Trent and Kinsey) of Clayton; and other extended family members and friends.

   A celebration of his life was held Saturday, October 21st at Plymouth Country Club, 301 Golf Road, Plymouth.
