Ramona Crocker Keays

   Ramona Raye Crocker Keays, 50, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019, in Edenton.

   Born on December 24, 1968 in Suffolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late David and Betty Jean Joyner Crocker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Daisy Joyner and W.D. and Katherine Crocker.

   Surviving family members are Danise Piland Archer of Windsor, VA, Amy D. Edgell (Ron) of Williamsburg, VA, Gene Drake (Eli) of Kill Devil Hills, Emmett M. Crocker of Quinton, VA, Paul W. Crocker (Brenda) of Newport News, VA, Sharon Crocker of Suffolk, VA; beloved friends; Kristina Lee Mollohan and Serenity Cartwright of Hampton, VA; and many other extended family members and friends.

   A celebration of life will be held Friday, August 23, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Queen Anne Park, 210 E. Water Street, Edenton.  An interment of a portion of her cremated remains will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Oakland Christian Church Cemetery, 5641 Godwin Blvd, Suffolk, VA, with reception following in the fellowship hall.
