Patsy Johnson Brubaker

   Patsy Johnson Brubaker, 82, of Pine Haven Circle, Gloucester, VA, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019, in her home.

   Mrs. Brubaker was born in Mitchell County on January 6, 1937, and was the daughter of the late Ted R. and Nonivee McKinney Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Robert Brubaker; three sisters, Jennie, Faye, and Wanda; and by a brother, Theodore.

   Surviving are her three daughters, Carol, Betty (David), and Trisha (Jack); two sisters, Emily and Libby; a brother, Frank; five grandchildren, Michael, Shaun, Michelle, Dalton, and Megan; and a great-grandson, Braxton.

   Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Cedarwood Cemetery. Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, is assisting the family with arrangements.
