Myrtle Boyce Enfield

   Myrtle Gaye Boyce Enfield, 78, of N. Broad Street, Edenton, NC, died Sunday, October 11, 2020 in Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro.

   Born in Perquimans County on November 1, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Jepty and Martha Ann Trueblood Boyce. Retired from the former Edenton Cotton Mill, she attended Edenton Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Smith, and by brothers, Melvin Joseph and William Jepty Boyce.

   Surviving are her son, Edward Ray Enfield of Edenton; a sister, Arlene Knight of Florida; and a grandson, Trevor James Enfield of Virginia Beach, VA.

   At her request, no services will be held. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
