Margaret Austin Ledford

   Margaret Marie Austin Ledford, 79, of 138 Oak Ridge, Hertford, NC, passed away Monday, July 8, 2019, in Vidant Medical Center, Greenville.

   Mrs. Ledford was born in Montgomery County, PA on July 22, 1939, and was the daughter of the late Irvin W. and Anna Kimber Johnson Austin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ernest Ledford, and by a brother, Charles Austin.

   Surviving are her four daughters, Karen Weller, Cynthia Ledford, Roxanne Hollowell, and Iris Ledford; two sons, Ernest and Steven Ledford; four sisters, Ada Jarrett, Arlene Puffco, Liz Beckwith, and Shirley Earhart; a brother, Victor Austin; and several grandchildren; and extended family members.
