Richard Allen "Mac" McKellar, 69, of Elizabeth City, NC, died Monday, March 1, 2021.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, May 22, at 3:00 p.m. at the residence, 110 Brantwood Drive, Elizabeth City.
