Lyman E. “Lee” Baker, 85, of Pasquenoke Trail, Edenton, NC, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
Lee was born on August 17, 1935, and was the son of the late Lyman E. and Freda Drewing Baker. He was a retired owner and operator of a horse training business, breaking countless horses through the years and teaching their owners proper riding techniques.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Surviving is a step-daughter, Nancy Murphy of Cheyenne, Wyoming; two step-grandchildren; and many friends.
In consideration of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the restrictions associated with gathering, the family is planning a “Trail Ride” later this year to celebrate his life and share memories.
