Keith Dail Forehand

   Keith Dail Forehand, 38, of Macedonia Road, Edenton, NC, died Thursday, October 8, 2020, in Louisville, Kentucky.

   Keith was born in Chowan County on March 13, 1982, and was the son of Wanda Byrum Rogers (Richard) of Hertford and Dwayne Dail Forehand (Madeline, deceased) of Portsmouth, VA. A member of Macedonia Baptist Church, he had been employed with Regulator Marine.

   In addition to his step-mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Shirley Byrum.

   Surviving with his parents is a half-sister, Crystal Goodwin (Shaun) of Hertford; paternal grandparents, Carl and Carolyn Forehand of Edenton; maternal grandfather, Richard “Pee Wee” Byrum (Carolyn) of Tyner; a niece, a nephew, cousins, aunts and uncles, and other extended family members.

   A memorial service will be held Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Macedonia Baptist Church and will be conducted by Pastors Chris Gravning and Bob Young. Masks and social distancing measures are encouraged. No formal visitation will be held, however friends may visit the family at Carl and Carolyn’s home, 1305 Macedonia Road, Edenton.

   In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Macedonia Baptist Church, P.O. Box 18, Edenton, NC 27932.
