Joshua William Wehner

   Joshua William Wehner, 41, of 2222 Keller Avenue, died Monday, July 4, 2022 while spending time with family and friends on the Yeopim River in Perquimans County, NC.

   Josh was born in Norfolk on December 4, 1980, and was the son of Carmen Pierce Wehner of Norfolk and the late Terry Dean Wehner. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Wehner.

   A partner in B & W Concrete, the company specializes in concrete fabrication and finishing for both commercial and residential building.

   In addition to his mother, he is survived by four children, Savannah and Jeremiah, as well as Gabriel Ross and Skylar Davis, and their mother, Olivia Ross, all of Norfolk; a brother, Michael Wehner (wife, Sandra) of Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Kimberly Wehner of Hertford, NC; three nieces, Amber Schmitz, Kelsie Wehner, and Katelin Peacock; and other extended family and friends.

   A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA.
