Joseph William Hartmann, Jr.

   Joseph William Hartmann, Jr., 52, of Currituck, NC, died Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, Elizabeth City.

   Mr. Hartmann was born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 4, 1969, and was the son of Delores Marie Kihn Hartmann and the late Joseph William Hartmann, Sr.. A self-employed computer engineer, he was a member of the American Legion.

   In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of nine years, Tammy Koontz Hartmann, two sisters, and other extended family members.

   A private service will be held.
