Jean Williams Timberlake

   Jean Elizabeth Williams Timberlake, 69, of 707 McMullan Avenue, Edenton, NC, died Sunday, June 6, 2021 in her home where she was cared for by her family.

   Mrs. Timberlake was born on February 24, 1952 in Richmond, VA and was the daughter of the late Francis Earl and Elizabeth Coleman Williams. A retired Administrative Assistant with Media General, and SunTrust Bank, she was a Methodist by faith.

   Dearly loved by her family and friends, Jean was a living example of love, grace, courage, and strength of character that will long be remembered. She will always live in the hearts of her husband of nearly 49 years, James C. “Jim” Timberlake, Jr. of Edenton, their daughter, Meredith Leigh Timberlake (husband, Jason Slusher) of Hertford; and her brother, Jerry Francis Williams (wife, Karen) of Richmond.

   In accordance with her wishes, no service is planned.
