Glenn Ray Williams

  Glenn Ray Williams, 58, of 517 High Street, Gatesville, NC, died Saturday, December 7, 2024, in Hertford Health & Rehabilitation Center.

  Glenn was born in Hertford County on April 29, 1966, and was the son of Randolph Jr. and Rita Ray Ward Williams of Gatesville. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Major Glenn and Kathryn Winslow Ward, and Randolph Sr. and Purcell Jones Williams.

  In addition to his parents, he is survived by extended members of both the Ward and Williams families.

  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 10th, at 2:00 p.m. in Gatesville Baptist Church and will be officiated by the Rev. Russell Watts. A private burial will follow in the Town of Gatesville Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family in the fellowship hall immediately following the service, or all other times at the residence.
