Fred Rowland

   James Frederick “Fred” Rowland, 82, of Hertford Beach Road, Hertford, NC, died Friday, September 4, 2020 in The Edenton House.

   Mr. Rowland was born in Rockwood, TN on November 21, 1937, and was the son of the late James and Nell Ada Thomas Rowland.

   Surviving are his wife of nearly 55 years, Jacqueline Williams Rowland; and other extended family members and friends.

   A private memorial service will be held. Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, is assisting the family with arrangements.
