Frances Taylor Poff

   Frances Louise Taylor Poff, 91, of 117 Taylor Lane, Hertford, NC, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022 in Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital.

   Mrs. Poff was born in Charlottesville, VA on May 21, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Cotilda Eliza Taylor. Retired from Southside Arcade in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, following 49 years of employment, she was a Baptist by faith.

   Surviving is her husband of 29 years, Edward Melvin Poff, Sr.; children, William R. Thompson, Lisa Martin, Margrette Hollar, Edward Poff, Jr., Robert Carter, and Katherine Carter;; numerous grandchildren; and other extended family members.

   A private service will be held.
