Estelle Faye Riddick-Queen, 74, of 1401 Secota Village, Columbia, NC, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019, in her home.
Mrs. Riddick-Queen was born in Suffolk, Virginia, on June 19, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Bennie Lee Riddick, Jr. and Estelle King Brinkley. A homemaker, she was a member of Soundside Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Otis Lee Queen; a daughter, Angela C. Jones and husband, Mike, of Edenton; two sons, Ray Copeland and wife, Kim, of Hertford, and Travis Copeland and wife, Amber, of Fredericksburg, VA; two sisters, Gale King and husband, Mike, of Smithfield, VA and Carolyn R. Beale and husband, Jimmie, of Kill Devil Hills; a brother, Ricky Riddick and wife, Bunny, of Suffolk; six grandchildren, Brandon Jones, Kristen Jones, Kirsten Taylor and husband, Zachary, Amanda Copeland, Travis Lilley and wife, Karla, and Madalynn Copeland; and three great-grandchildren, Kurtis Lilley, May Lilley, and Ellie Copeland.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, and will be conducted by the Rev. Stephen Duncan. Friends may join the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
