Earl Franklin Marshall, Jr.

 Earl Franklin Marshall, Jr., 60, of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, in his home.

 Mr. Marshall was born in Pasquotank County on May 21, 1964, and was the son of the late Earl Franklin Marshall, Sr. and Myrtle Ann Reed Marshall.

 Surviving is his longtime companion, Kathleen; a daughter, Robyn Blasiman (Shawn); a son, David Marshall; a brother, Clyde Hensley; and five grandchildren, Emrys Hall, and Crystal and Samuel Blasiman, and Avery and Ashton Miller.

 In accordance with his wishes, no services are being planned.
