Connie J Cullipher

 Connie Sue Jones Cullipher, 65, of 212 Riverview Lane, Merry Hill, NC, died Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in her home.

 Mrs. Cullipher was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on May 31, 1959, and was the daughter of Thomas Edward and Libby Byrum Jones of Merry Hill.

 A former employee of the Public Health Departments in both Windsor and Greensboro, she later retired as an officer with the Bertie Correctional Institution in Windsor. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.

 Surviving is her husband, Daniel Paul Cullipher; two sons, Ryan Mustian (wife, Heather) of Askewville and D.J. Hughes of Merry Hill; a sister, Sabrina J. Hardison (husband, David) of Jamesville; and two granddaughters, Allie and Ava Mustian. Also surviving are her husband’s children, Daniel Paul Cullipher, Jr. (wife, Michelle), Kristi Cullipher, and Kara C. Stoughton (husband, Shane), and their families; her aunt and uncle, Robert and Dianne Jones of Merry Hill, her uncle, David Byrum of Elizabeth City; several nieces and nephews, and her fur babies, Sugar and Minne.

 A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, June 22, at 2:00 p.m. in Riverside Baptist Church and will be conducted by Pastor Joey Nixon. Friends may visit with the family at Tom and Libby’s home in Merry Hill.
