Charles Thomas Parker

   Charles Thomas Parker, 71, of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation.

   Mr. Parker was born in Franklin, VA on October 21, 1949, and was the son of the late Thomas Luther Parker and Marjorie Vaughan Parker. He was a retired painter.

   Surviving are his best friend, Sonny Baccus; a dear friend, Doris Nixon; three cousins, Betty Lou Jordan, Patricia Reeve, and Tracy Vaughan; and other extended family members and friends.

   At his request, no services will be held.
