Carol Eason Lang

   Carol Ann Eason Lang, 76, of 539 Benthall Bridge Road, Murfreesboro, NC, died Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home.

   Carol was born in Forsyth County on June 20, 1944, and was the daughter of the late Hubert Thurston and Hortense Long Eason. A retired educator, she was a teacher at Bayside Elementary School, and the librarian at Williams Elementary School, both in Virginia Beach, VA. Her love of animals led her to many hours of volunteer work with PAWS of Hertford County.

   Surviving is her husband, John A. Felts, Jr.; and two brothers, Michael Richard Eason of California, and James Robert Eason of Franklin, VA.

   In accordance with her wishes, no services are planned at this time.

   The family asks that flowers be omitted, and contributions in her memory be made to PAWS of Hertford County, PO Box 153, Murfreesboro, NC 27855.
