Callie Elliott

   Kathleen Callis “Callie” Elliott, 35, of 135 Billy’s Beach Road, Hertford, NC, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 in her home.

   Callie was born in Pasquotank County on June 10, 1988, and was the daughter of John Ambrose Elliott, Jr. and the late Kimberly Ann Clifton Elliott. A homemaker, she attended Open Door Church in Edenton. Enjoyments in her life included fishing and playing with her dog, “Belle”.

   Surviving in addition to her father is her brother, Josh Clayton Elliott; aunts and uncles, Kathy Givens (husband, Scott), Rebecca Rosenheim and Bobby Rosenheim; a special cousin, Sara Rosenheim (husband, Cory Wyker); and other extended family members and friends.

   In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held.

   The family asks that flowers be omitted, and for those who wish to remember and honor her mother, Kim, do so by making a contribution to The Jim “Catfish” Hunter ALS Foundation, P.O. Box 47, Hertford, NC 27944.

   The family wishes to express their deep appreciation both to the staff of Albemarle Home Care and Hospice and to Lisa Neil Pease for the special care and comfort provided to Callie during her time of need.
