Brian Aaron Blanchard

   Brian Aaron Blanchard, 48, of Hobbsville, NC, died Friday, December 13, 2019, at his residence.

   Born in Chowan County on August 14, 1971, he was the son of Dorothy Ann Asbell Blanchard of Hobbsville and the late John Gilbert Blanchard. He grew up in the fellowship of Hobbsville Baptist Church, and loved the outdoors. 

   In addition to his mother, surviving are his sister, Marinda Crocker (Ron); his brother, Johnny Blanchard, all of Gatesville; two nephews, and a niece.

   Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, and will be conducted by the Rev. Tim Dannelly. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation in the funeral home immediately following the service. A private burial will be in Hobbsville Baptist Church Cemetery.
