Hazel Twine Walters

Hazel Twine Walters 94 of 519 Vinson Mill Road Murfreesboro and formerly of Gates died Monday April 9 2012 in The Windsor House Windsor NC. Mrs. Walters was born in Perquimans County and was the daughter of the late Tarlie M. and Mary Elizabeth Mae Jessup Twine. A homemaker she was a member of Savages United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Elton B. Walters and by her brother A. Linwood Tadlock Twine. Surviving are her daughter Emily W. Vinson and husband Aubrey Steve Vinson of Murfreesboro; and her grandson Aubrey E. Vinson and wife Andrea of Chapel Hill NC. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Savages United Methodist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Mike Askew. Miller Funeral Home 304 Main Street Gatesville is handling arrangements.
