Henrietta Lane Stallings

Henrietta Lane Stallings 85 of 107 Lowes Lane Hertford NC died Saturday April 14 2012 in Vidant Medical Center Greenville NC. Mrs. Stallings was born in Perquimans County and was the daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Ethel Mae Trueblood Lane. A homemaker she was a member of Hertford Pentecostal Holiness Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Rountree Stallings and by a son Alvin Leon Stallings. Surviving are her daughter Kathy L. Stallings of Hertford; two sons Philip W. Stallings and wife Kelly of Tyner and E. Ray Stallings and wife Theresa of Hertford; a sister Alice B. Riddick of Belvidere; four grandchildren Dawn Blowe Ashley Nixon and husband Steven Nickey Powell and husband Tony and Eric Stallings; and three great-granddaughters Whitney Caroline and Emilee Blowe. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Stallings Family Cemetery on Fred Stallings Lane in the Sandy Cross community by the Rev. H. Gene Boyce.
