Nicole Moore Heath 33 of 1348 Woodville Road Hertford NC died Sunday April 15 2012 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Nicole was born in Charlotte NC and was the daughter of Dorothy D. Dottie Moore Huebner of Wingate NC and Christopher Andrew Huebner of Clayton NC. She was a homemaker and a Mom. In addition to her parents surviving are her husband Arthur Ray Artie Heath; five children Daniel Anthony Heath Courtney Marie Heath Emily Kaylin Moore Ashley Breann Riddick and Joshua Gage Heath; her father-in-law Arthur Heath; her grandparents Edward and Cindy Elliott Rikuko Huebner and Pat Moore; aunts uncles cousins nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Jeanne Elliott her grandfather Billy Edward Moore and her mother-in-law Valeria Heath. A memorial service will be held Friday April 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Chapel 1125 Harvey Point Road Hertford and will be officiated by the Rev. Tracy Bradshaw.
