Mary Susan Parker

Mary Susan Parker, 55, of 409 Antioch Church Road, Zebulon, NC, and formerly of Wausau, WI, died Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC. Mary Susan was born in Franklin, VA and was the daughter of the late James Beaurie "J.B." and Blanche Gray Parker. A graduate of NC State University with a BS in Pulp and Paper Science and Technology, and later a graduate of Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX with a Masters in Theological Education, she was a production supervisor with Wausau Papers and a member of Living Water Christian Fellowship in Wausau. Surviving are two sisters, Sandra P. Jones and husband Linard of Suffolk, VA and Connie P. Jeffreys and husband Alan of Zebulon; a brother, William B. Parker and wife Nancy of Boonville, MO; a niece, Caroline Leigh Parker; and two nephews, Warren Jeffreys and Will Parker. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Reynoldson Baptist Church by the Revs. Cody Brinkley, Glen Land, and Billy Presley. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, in charge of arrangements. Friends may join the family in the social hall of the church immediately following services on Saturday, and all other times at the home place, 500 Rooks Road, Gates.
