Danny Ray Beachboard

Danny Ray Beachboard, 63, of 300 Barfield Road, Eure, NC, died Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie, NC. Mr. Beachboard was born in Buncombe County and was the son of the late Ray Alfred and Iris Sisk Beachboard. Employed as an automotive mechanic for many years, he was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Brown Beachboard. Surviving are his two daughters, Amanda Couture and husband Daniel of Winchendon, MA and Samantha Beachboard of Chesapeake, VA; a son, William Beachboard of Eure; two sisters, Ann and Deborah Jean; three brothers, Jimmy, Robert, and David; and a granddaughter, Heidi Rose. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday at noon at the home. Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
