Annette MacDonald Evans

Annette MacDonald Evans, 63, of 780 Willeyton Road, Gates, NC, died Thursday, August 23, 2012 in Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, Norfolk, VA. Mrs. Evans was born in Glasgow, Scotland and was the daughter of the late Harold MacDonald and Clara Winifred Iredale MacDonald Meisenbacher. A homemaker, she had a deep love for animals and was a member of both the Humane Society and ASPCA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Heather Swain. Surviving are her husband, Donald Allan Evans; a son, Ricky Evans of Nutley, NJ; a sister, Margaret Capriglione of Glen Ridge, NJ; and two grandchildren. At her request, no services will be held.
