Toni Page Davenport, 59, of 498 Up River Road, Belvidere, NC, died Monday, August 27, 2012 in Sentara Norfolk General Heart Center, Norfolk, VA. Mrs. Davenport was born in Chowan County and was the daughter of the late Russell Jay and Lucille Faye Twiddy Page. A homemaker, she was a member of Up River Friends Meeting. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Shelton "H.S." Davenport, Jr. and a brother, Sandy Page. Surviving are her daughter, Erica Michelle Davenport of Hertford; a son, Henry S. Davenport, III and wife Kristen of Manteo; three sisters, Vicki Clark of Robersonville, Chrystal Rodgers of Jamesville and Robin Page of Plymouth; a brother, Kim Page of Columbia; and four grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Trevor and Mason. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Riddick-Jordan Cemetery, Perry's Bridge Road, Belvidere, by the Rev. Richard Wilcox with Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at the residence.
