Robert James Fritsche

Robert James "Bob" Fritsche, 77, of 417 Captain's Cove, Unit E, Edenton, NC, died Monday, September 17, 2012 in Chowan River Nursing & Rehabilitation, Edenton. Mr. Fritsche was born in Pittsburgh, PA and was the son of the late William F. and Madeline Veronica Feeny Fritsche. A retired Certified Internal Auditor with the Department of Justice, he was a Catholic by faith and had served in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, William F. Fritsche, Jr. Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Jeanne Cookson Fritsche; three daughters, Christina Faudel and husband Gerald of Denver, CO, Cynthia Fritsche and companion Jerry White of Lorton, VA, and Suzanne Salazar and husband Ben of Windsor, CA; two sisters, Lois Nelms of Tappahanock, VA and Barbara Barnes of Virginia Beach; and three grandsons, James Faudel, William Faudel, and Thomas Salazar. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 1st, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anne Catholic Church, by the Rev. William Pitts.
