Tara Lynne Kotelman

Tara Lynne Kotelman, 36, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012. She was born in Norfolk, VA on March 12, 1976, and is survived by her parents, Frances T. Shacklock of Hertford and Ramon M. Shacklock, Jr. of Danville, VA. A devoted and loving mother, daughter, and granddaughter, she was preceded in death by a son, Drake J. McCollum, grandfather, George J. Bullock, and grandmother, Juanita H. Shacklock. In addition to her parents she is survived by a son, Jordan D. Kotelman; her daughter, Shaelyn B. Kotelman; her grandmother, Mary S. Bullock; and her grandfather, Ramon M. Shacklock. A private family service will be held. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, assisted the family with arrangements.
