Henry Walter Brown, Jr., 66, of 4709 Tulip Drive, Virginia Beach, VA, died Monday, April 15, 2013 in DePaul Medical Center, Norfolk, VA. Mr. Brown was born in Norfolk and was the son of Ruby White Brown of Portsmouth and the late Henry Walter Brown, Sr. He retired as an Electrical Supervisor from Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Surviving are his daughter, Holly Marie Kelly and husband Michael of Canton, MI; two sisters, Bonnie Wyatt of Chesapeake and Debbie Brown of Portsmouth; and a granddaughter, Hailey Marie Kelly.
