Lillian Louise Byrum

Lillian Louise Byrum, 78, of 1341 Paradise Road, Edenton, NC, died Friday, April 26, 2013 in Vidant Chowan Hospital. Miss Byrum was born in Chowan County and was the daughter of the late Ellie and Lillian Copeland Byrum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Bray, and by brothers, Bertram, Melvin, E.D., and Joseph Byrum. She was a member of Open Door Church. Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Annie Belle Byrum and Mildred Byrum Eason; several nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in Beaver Hill Cemetery by Pastor Jay Rivenbark. The family will assemble in the cemetery just prior to services.
