Mary Grimstead Wrenn

Mary Grimstead Wrenn, 77, of 1145 US Hwy 158 W, Eure, NC died Monday, July 22, 2013, in her home. Mrs. Wrenn was born in Norfolk, VA and was the daughter of the late David Allen and Mary Anne Capps Grimstead. A homemaker, in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Nelson Wrenn; by her sister, Dorothy Marie Barnes; and by her brother, Dan Grimstead. Surviving are her fiancée, Amos Archer of Gates County, three daughters: Debra Brown of Hudsonville, MI, Doreen Fitzpatrick and husband Charles of Hamtramck, MI and Kelly Adams of Eure; her son, David Wolfe and wife Polly of Gates County; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville. Friends may join the family in the funeral home immediately following the chapel service.
