Lee Rae Cooper D'Autrechy

Lee Rae Cooper D'Autrechy, 77, of 26 Timmerman Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Friday, October 11, 2013 in Albemarle Hospital, Elizabeth City. Mrs. D'Autrechy was born in Tyrrell County and was the daughter of the late Calice C. and Evelyn Twiddy Roland Cooper. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Leon D'Autrechy, and a son, Orville Phelps, Jr. Surviving are her four daughters, Robbin Baxley and Terrica Lincoln and husband Edward, both of Elizabeth City, Cindy Weeks and husband Dale of Gatesville, and Renee Winslow and husband John of Elizabeth City; two sons, Scott D'Autrechy of Elizabeth City and Jason D'Autrechy and wife Chantey of Hertford; a sister, Shirley Harris of Elizabeth City; three brothers, Colon Cooper of Hertford, Billy Cooper of Edenton, and Mark Cooper of Elizabeth City; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held with Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, assisting the family with arrangements.
