Catherine Hogan Risinger

Catherine Anne Hogan Risinger, 52, of 7 Tanglewood Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Friday, March 21, 2014 in her home. Mrs. Risinger was born in Norfolk, VA and was the daughter of Virginia Elizabeth Chitham Hogan of Virginia Beach and the late Raymond Hubert Hogan. Employed as a cashier for many years, she was a devout Seventh-Day Adventist. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond Hogan. Surviving along with her mother are her husband of 27 years, Gilbert Louis "Skip" Risinger, Jr.; and other extended family members and friends. A private memorial service will be held.
