Bettie Elizabeth Lee

Bettie Elizabeth "Ella" Lee, infant daughter of Christopher Eugene and Melissa Rea Lee of Kill Devil Hills, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014 in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, Norfolk, VA. Surviving in addition to her parents are her brother, Sonny Haste Lee; maternal grandparents, Robin and Kathy Rea of Plymouth; paternal grandparents, Vernon and Tammy Lee of Colerain; maternal great-grandmother, Garland Rea of Roper; paternal great-grandmother, Sandra Lee Hearn and her husband Robert of Jamesville; an aunt, Letitia Ambrose and husband Scotty of Merry Hill; and an uncle, Bryan Lee and wife Annie of Washington. Ella was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Bettie Willis Rea; maternal great-grandparents, Bert, Sr. and Evelyn Willis and John Rea; paternal great-grandparents, Rufus and Margie Ashworth and Ernest "Bubba" Lee. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in Merry Hill Baptist Church by the Rev. Ricky Bishop. Burial will follow in the Willis Family Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, handling arrangements.
