Gordon Rogers Bryant

Gordon Rogers Bryant, 75, of 1239 Pitts Chapel Road, Elizabeth City, NC, died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Mr. Bryant was born on December 22, 1938 in Buckingham County, VA and was the son of the late William Ernest Bryant and Connie Virginia Hackett Bryant Webster. He was a retired welder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion of 38 years, Frances Jones. Surviving are three daughters, Kimberly Ciccone of Portsmouth, VA, Cynthia Fisher of Port Haywood, VA, and Melissa White of Suffolk, VA; and five grandchildren. In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held. Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, assisted the family with arrangements.
