Margaret Willings Trescott

Margaret Ann Willings Trescott, 75, of 211 Winnebago Trail, Edenton, NC, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in her home. Mrs. Trescott was born in Great Sanford, England on May 29, 1939, and was the daughter of the late David George and Katherine Ann Moss Willings. She had retired from the assembly and shipping dept. of Rutherford Controls in Virginia Beach, VA. Surviving are her husband of nearly 28 years, David Reed Trescott; three daughters, Jeanette Hunt (Scott) of Portsmouth, VA, Joyce Willett (Jesse) of Hampton, VA, and Janice Walicki (Robert) of Baltimore, MD; four sons, James Copeland (Barbara), John Copeland (Sandy), Jerome Copeland (Karin), and Jay Copeland (Katrina), all of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Helen Walton of Norfolk, VA, her twin sister Mary Hinkens, also of Norfolk, and Nina Rota of San Francisco, CA; her brother, Richard Willings of England; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, assisted the family with arrangements.
