Robert Eugene Elkins, Jr.

Robert Eugene "Bob" Elkins, Jr., 54, of 908 Broad Street, Edenton, NC, died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton. Mr. Elkins was born in Honolulu, HI on March 19, 1960, and was the son of the late Robert Eugene, Sr. and Virginia Louise Justice Elkins. Employed in residential and commercial construction, he owned and operated Chowan Home Improvements. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Ann Page and Rose Marie Steele. Surviving are his two daughters, Kelsey Lynn Elkins of Edenton and Zoey Katelyn Elkins of Austin, TX; two sons, Robert Jared Malord Elkins of Seattle, WA and Dakota Lee Elkins of Edenton; a sister, Brenda Sue Elkins Lussier of Riverside, CA; and two brothers, Richard Lynn Elkins and James Bryant Elkins, both of Edenton.
