Billy Graham, Jr.

James William "Billy" Graham, Jr., 52, of 901 Center Hill Road, Tyner, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, Elizabeth City, to be with his Lord after fighting a long illness. Billy was born in Franklin, VA on December 1, 1962, but spent most of his life in Pasquotank County. The light of his family's life, he was well known for his contagious smile, personality, and sense of humor. He was loved so much by his family and never met a stranger, living his life his way, always wanting to make others laugh. Even when his illness began taking over his body, he could still have that special wit about him. Billy is survived by his mom, Dale Jordan, and dad, Rodney Jordan, of Tyner; his beloved brother, Jeff Graham, and wonderful sister-in-law, Tracy Graham of Elizabeth City; his daughter, Nicole White and her four children of Raleigh; and three nieces he adored, Chelsea Patrick and husband Brian, and Brooke and Carlee Graham, all of Elizabeth City. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Chapel, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, by Pastor Keith Pelletier. Burial will follow in Beaver Hill Cemetery, Edenton. Friends may join the family Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Billy, we love you so very much and you will be so very missed. You are now at rest and your pain is gone. We will see you again one day.
