Charles Richard Jackson

Charles Richard Jackson, 44, of 3040 Kelly's Beach Road, Tyner, NC, died Monday, March 23, 2015 in Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Charlie was born in Calhoun County, West Virginia on November 18, 1970 and was the son of the late Roy Paul and Ellen Starcher Jackson. A construction site attendant, he had attended First Assembly of God Church in Edenton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Allen Davis. Surviving are his wife of nearly 20 years, Brenda Kay Brown Jackson; two daughters, Camron Elizabeth Jackson of the home and Elizabeth Anne Davis of Chapel Hill; a son, James Michael Davis of Appomattox, VA; a sister, Mary Collins; and two brothers, Darrell and Kenneth Jackson, all of Shamokin, PA; and three grandchildren, Kayla, Bryan, and Skyler. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in First Assembly of God Church by the Rev. Randy Pierce. Burial will be at a later date in West Virginia.
