Eddie Brickhouse, Jr.

George Edward "Eddie" Brickhouse, Jr., 50, of Hertford, NC, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Eddie was born in Washington County on April 11, 1965, and was the son of George Edward Brickhouse, Sr. and Mildred Ainsley Rackliffe. He was a self-employed plumber. Surviving are his wife, Yvonne Lake Brickhouse; four daughters, Brandy Brickhouse (Josh Lear), Jessica Crump (Barry), Megan Brickhouse (Robert Noyes), and Grace Brickhouse; two step-daughters, Brooke Maloney and Whitney Maloney; three grandchildren, Lelynn and Araya Crump, and Americus Lear; his step-father, Alan Rackliffe; a sister, Sherry Abaffy; and a brother, James Brickhouse. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Chapel, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, by the Rev. H. Gene Boyce.
