Jeffery Randall Palmer

Jeffery Randall Palmer, 35, of 110 Gliden Road, Hobbsville, NC, died Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Elizabeth City. Jeff was born on August 9, 1979 in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was the son of R. Randall "Randy" Palmer and Deborah Wypasek Palmer of Hobbsville. For many years he was a homebuilder on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Talented in so many ways, he was an excellent cook, loved to garden, and was gifted in all areas of wood working. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Elisabeth Anna Kay Palmer and Jeffery Joseph Palmer; his sister, Kelly Becker; and by his paternal grandfather, Robert Edward Palmer. A gathering for family and friends will be held Thursday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton.
